Drool-Worthy Weekly: Antler Inspiration by Eric Cohler

It’s a new year, and Drool-Worthy Weekly is back!  You can be sure you will be inspired by our favorite things, right here, each and every Wednesday!  Not only that, but we’ve got some great blog series planned for 2010 – check back soon to see what we have in store!

To kick things off, we wanted to be the first to show you this Eric Cohler fabric from Lee Jofa!

Maybe it’s the unusually cold weather North Carolina is experiencing right now, but this fabric makes me think of a log cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains!  (It was also be great in a home on a lake!)  And I think I found the inspiration for Cohler’s design…

Cohler - Apartment

This is an image from his NY apartment!  We’ve used antlers before as well…

Cohler - Harrisons

Brittany designed this room for a little boy named Harrison.  These antlers are from Urban Outfitters.  For more images from this project,  click here.

Cohler - Country Living

For antler inspiration, you don’t have to look very far – it is certainly a trend right now!  Grouping them together creates a wonderful graphic, yet rustic, composition.

Cohler - Spaltana Antler Lamp

This unique antler lamp is from Spaltana.  The black shade makes it perfect for a modern setting!

See you next week! – Lauren
